The order status update contains information on the courier and the associated tracking number once the order has been dispatched, with deliveries from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). CASOAL shall not be liable for any delays in delivery and if it is not possible to deliver the products to the customer within 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and request a full refund of the order.

Shipping costs

At Casoal, we strive to make the delivery of our products as seamless as possible. Free shipping is available for all orders placed with us.

U.S. Delivery

At the moment, we are only able to offer shipping to the US for orders that total 390 USD or more. We are actively working to make it easier and more affordable for you to receive Casoal products. Please kindly note that the prices listed do not include taxes and duties. It is possible that you may be required to pay for these fees upon the shipment's arrival in the United States. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your state's tax and duty costs to avoid any unexpected charges.
