Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
CASOAL offers a 12-month warranty on its products for any manufacturing defects. CASOAL will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and may replace them or, where this is not possible, compensate the purchaser in each specific case; for such a request, the corresponding order number from the time of purchase and the purchaser's e-mail must be mentioned.
The assembly of this product has been carried out by hand. Small imperfections in the surface are deliberately present as a specific characteristic of the product and testify to its special craftsmanship. In some cases, being a hand-crafted product, there may be imperfections on the RFID fabric.
CASOAL bags will not be covered by warranty if the product is used incorrectly:
- If the bag is wet and/or has been subjected to abnormal shocks during normal use other than proper use that would affect the internal functioning, CASOAL will not take responsibility for replacement or compensation under warranty. Only a replacement or compensation will be considered if the product is in good condition, both internally and externally.
- Regarding the powerbank inside the product (please read the product instructions); daily use keeps the powerbank in an optimal state and charging it once a day prolongs its life. If kept unused for a long time without use, maintain 50% capacity, loss or diminution of its autonomy will not be covered by the warranty.
- CASOAL bags are made from high-quality materials and designed for everyday use. Minor signs of wear over time are considered natural. Any damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Returns
CASOAL does not make returns unless:
The item is different to the one ordered.
The article is incomplete.
The article is defective (read Warranty)

Product Care
IMPORTANT!!! To clean the product, only use a damp cloth on the exterior as the electronic parts inside could be damaged. If washing the product would compromise its functionality, CASOAL will not take responsibility for replacing it under warranty.
